License
Plankly is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). These terms add details about Plankly Pro. If they conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA prevails.
Plankly Pro
- Your first plan is free and complete: sizes you can change, the cut list, the shopping list, build steps, 3D, life-size AR and the PDF. It stays yours without a subscription. Plankly Pro adds unlimited new plans — from photos, ideas and templates.
- Photo and idea recognition is subject to fair use: up to 300 plans a month per device, which covers any home workshop.
- Pro is sold as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and are charged by Apple to your Apple ID.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can cancel any time in Settings → your name → Subscriptions; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Free trials and introductory prices. If an offer includes a free trial, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. If an offer has a discounted first period, the regular price applies from the second period. The app shows the exact dates and amounts before you confirm.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies: reportaproblem.apple.com.
- We may change prices for future periods; Apple informs subscribers of price increases as required.
Plans and safety
- Plans are a guide, not a professional design. Sizes from a photo are estimates and are marked “≈”: check every size against your space and your materials before you cut. Lumber and sheet sizes vary between stores and batches.
- Woodworking tools can cause serious injury. Wear eye and ear protection, keep hands clear of blades, use guards and follow the manuals of your tools. Don’t use a tool you haven’t been trained on.
- Tall furniture can tip over: anchor bookcases and cabinets to the wall, as the steps tell you, especially if children live with you. Plankly doesn’t check the load a piece can carry — don’t use plans for anything that holds people, like a loft bed or a ladder.
- You decide how to build and you are responsible for the result and for using tools safely.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Plankly is provided “as is” and we are not liable for losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.
